What are the Client's responsibilities in this process?
The client must furnish all Operating Services documentation (invoices, service agreements company directory and location listing, diagrams and any other applicable application and service information), necessary for Pearl Logic to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's Operating Services environment. The client must also communicate to all of the necessary staff and other parties of our project and grant access to all operating services locations for auditing, as applicable. Additionally, the client's staff may be asked for clarification when certain service information is not available via provided documentation. Pearl Logic's objective is to be as minimally intrusive as possible throughout the entire process. |

How long does an audit and optimization review take?
This greatly depends on the size and complexity of the existing Operating Services, as will as the number of documents (invoices, contracts, etc.), plus the number of locations and vendors. Operating Services Cost Reduction and Optimization service projects may take anywhere from 4 weeks to 12 months. |

What is the cost of the Operating Services Cost Reduction and Optimization services?
Pearl Logic provides our Operating Services Cost Reduction and Optimization services for a 50% share of the savings we secure for our clients, for the first 12 months after start of implementation, with full implementation savings then accruing to the client in month thirteen and beyond. We're so confident that we can deliver that if we are unable secure any cost reduction, there's ZERO fee; which means that there is absolutely ZERO risk to our business clients. |

Does the client need to dedicate staff to this project?
Pearl Logic consultants will augment the client's staff, so no additional headcount is required. The client's staff may be asked to provide clarification in areas, and grant access to operating services locations and Operating Services information for inventory purposes, as well as to periodically review project reports and status with consultant. |

Recommendations have included the adoption of VoIP to eliminate long distance charges, introduction of video conferencing to reduce travel expense, the consolidation of services to reduce operating expenses, and choosing select vendors to reduce invoice administration costs. |

Who is responsible for implementing the recommendations?
As part of the Operating Services Cost Reduction and Optimization services, implementation of the recommendations falls upon the Pearl Logic consultants to manage. We will oversee the chosen vendor's staff in implementing the recommendations to derive the expected cost savings and performance improvement results. |
